«Top Secret» is the album by Marc Moulin, released in 2001 on Blue Note, on CD.
Belgian keyboardist Marc Moulin leads a crossover between jazz and electronics: downtempo and house grooves with sax, trumpet, guitar and organ. Moulin is joined by Philip Catherine, Bert Joris and Johan Vandendriessche, among others. Tracks like «Into the Dark», «What?» and «Day Fever» combine improvisation and groove.
The album, produced by Marc Moulin, includes 10 tracks and 59 minutes of music. Contributors include Johan Vandendriessche (sax, flute, drums), Paul Flush (organ), Ron Mael and Christa (vocals).
Will appeal to fans of electronic jazz, acid jazz and downtempo, as well as followers of the Blue Note catalogue.
