«This Should Work» is the album by Dawa, released in 2013 by Las Vegas Records (Broken Silence) on CD.
Dawa combines indie pop and folk on this album, preceded by the single «Relief»: the voices of John Dawa and Barbara Wiesinger intertwine over cello and percussion arrangements, in a tone that alternates calm and energy. The result is reflective and optimistic, with an organic, acoustic sound.
Single-CD album; catalogue ATPB51302; Austrian edition, sung in English and distributed by Broken Silence.
For those who enjoy folk-based indie pop, vocal harmonies and songs that tell stories without imposing themselves.
