«There's A New Miss Rhythm In Town» is the album by Little Rachel With The Lazy Jumpers, released in 2007 by El Toro, on CD.
Little Rachel, a Kansas City vocalist based in Austin, alternates bluesy ballads and urgent rock and roll. Recorded in Barcelona with The Lazy Jumpers, the album includes 14 tracks of rockabilly and jump blues, no covers: originals by the singer, Eva Eastwood and Mario Cobo, with guests on piano and sax.
It is Little Rachel's second album; the CD edition, released in Spain, carries the catalogue number El Toro R&B 203.
For fans of classic rock and roll and rhythm and blues, with echoes of Etta James and Big Mama Thornton.
