«The Pressure» is the album by Phillip Bent, released in 1993 by GRP Records on CD.
The CD combines acid jazz and jazzdance in an electronic jazz led by Phillip Bent's flute. The ten tracks fit the pop song format and look both to the club and to jazz fusion, with polished production and a sound very much of the early nineties.
The single-disc CD includes ten tracks and lasts about fifty minutes; it was Phillip Bent's debut album.
Aimed at listeners of nineties acid jazz and jazzdance, with special interest in jazz fusion and the flute as a solo instrument.
