«The More Things Change...» is the heavy metal album by Machine Head, released in 1997 by Roadrunner Records on CD.
Second work by the Californian group, the record delves into dense, aggressive metal that combines the punch of thrash with the weight of groove and touches of nu metal. Songs like «Ten Ton Hammer» and «Take My Scars» show their evolution from the debut, with raw production and a defiant attitude that defined the metal sound of the late nineties.
It is the second studio album by Machine Head. Released as a CD by Roadrunner Records, it includes «Ten Ton Hammer» and «Take My Scars».
Recommended for those seeking a classic of heavy metal and groove metal from the nineties.
