«The Four Seasons» is Vivaldi's classical music album, released in 1990 by Elap Music on CD.
The work brings together four concertos for violin and orchestra, one per season, with famous passages such as «La primavera» and «El invierno». The contrasts between storms, harvests and winter landscapes reflect the expressiveness of the baroque and have made it an essential score in the repertoire.
CD edition published in Denmark under the Elap Music and The Rose Collection labels, catalogue number 3200CD.
Aimed at classical and baroque music enthusiasts who want to hear a central Vivaldi work on CD.
