«The Collection» is the compilation by the British progressive rock band Yes, released in 2005 by Platinum/Wave on CD.
A compilation that brings together sixteen representative tracks by Yes across two discs, covering different stages of the group. The selection combines songs from their more symphonic and progressive repertoire, such as 'Roundabout' and 'And You and I', with the band's more accessible side, such as 'Owner of a Lonely Heart'.
Double CD edition with catalogue number PLATBX 2254, distributed by Prism Leisure and manufactured under licence from Eagle Rock Entertainment.
A good entry point for those wanting to get into Yes's music or access a broad selection of their songs in a single volume.
