Stranger In This Town is the debut solo album by Richie Sambora, guitarist for the band Bon Jovi. Released in 1991, the album showcases a more blues rock-oriented sound compared to Bon Jovi's signature hard rock. The album features a collaboration with Eric Clapton on the song 'Mr. Bluesman'. This album is a personal exploration by Sambora, where he demonstrates his skill as a guitarist and vocalist, establishing himself as a versatile artist beyond his work with Bon Jovi.
