«Snakes & Stripes» is the blues rock album by Harvey Mandel, released by Clarity on CD (1995).
The album focuses on blues rock, with Harvey Mandel's electric guitar as the protagonist and a virtuoso approach. The work shows the guitarist's distinctive style without straying from the genre's tradition.
The cover is a surrealist illustration: a black electric guitar surrounded by green snakes over clouds and stars, with an American flag whose red stripes are snakes.
An album for collectors and blues fans interested in Harvey Mandel's career.
