«Sinatra & Company» is the album by Frank Sinatra, originally released in 1971 by Reprise and reissued on CD.
The album combines two sides: the first, recorded with Antonio Carlos Jobim and arrangements by Eumir Deodato, moves in bossa nova with tracks like «Drinking Water», «Someone to Light Up My Life» and «Wave»; the second, with arrangements by Don Costa, leans toward soft rock and includes versions of John Denver songs such as «Leaving on a Jet Plane».
CD reissue with 14 tracks, part of The Sinatra Collection series. The original 1971 recordings carry the AAD code (analogue-analogue-digital).
For fans of Frank Sinatra interested in his more Brazilian side and in bossa nova.
