«Ramon Llull Medicina de Pecat» is the folk album by Joan Manel released in 2015 on CD.
The record sets to music Ramon Llull's Medicina de pecat, a verse work conceived not as mere literature but as a means to convey his thought. Llull sought to make his verses easy for the unlearned public to remember, relying on orality and music; Joan Manel updates these texts by returning them to their sung essence.
The album consists of a single CD; the country of origin is Spain.
For listeners interested in medieval poetry who want to discover Ramon Llull's texts through a modern musical version.
