«Quintette la truite & sonate arpeggione» is the album with Schubert's chamber works, released on CD in 2013 by Classica Licorne.
The recording brings together two chamber works by Schubert: the Piano Quintet in A major D.667, nicknamed «The Trout» for its variations on the lied «Die Forelle», and the Sonata for arpeggione and piano in A minor D.821, written for the arpeggione, a fretted string instrument now in disuse.
The performance is by Monika Henschel (viola) and Marga Scheurich (piano).
