«Passions of Flamenco & Didjeridu» is the album by Ash Dargan and Don Emilio Fernandez De La Vega, released in 1998 on Indigenous Australia, on CD.
The album crosses flamenco guitar with the didgeridoo, an ancient Australian instrument: the strings and circular breathing dialogue over a relaxed, enveloping base. The pieces have a contemplative air and evoke beach and coastal landscapes, in an uncommon fusion between Australian folk and flamenco.
Australian CD edition of a record, with catalogue number IA 2025 D; genres folk, world and country and styles Aboriginal and flamenco.
Recommended for fans of the didgeridoo, flamenco and world music who enjoy unusual cultural encounters.
