«October» is the second studio album by Irish band U2, released in 1981 on CD.
«October» shows U2's evolution towards a more experimental and atmospheric sound, with tracks like «Gloria», «I Fall Down» and «Tomorrow». The album «October» was recorded during a tense period for the group, marked by the theft of Bono's lyrics and the pressures of success.
«October» reached number 2 on the UK charts and was certified platinum in the United States.
Will appeal to fans of rock and pop rock from the 1980s, especially those wanting to explore U2's early years.
