«Oceanic» is the electronic and new age music album by Vangelis, released in 1996 by Atlantic on CD.
The album moves between ambient, downtempo and new age, with soft melodies and slow rhythms that evoke the sea. «Bon Voyage», «Siren's Whispering» and «Spanish Harbour» show that contemplative atmosphere, with synthesizers, choirs and harps.
The CD has nine tracks, a duration of 51 minutes and catalogue number 0630 16761 2.
Suitable for fans of Vangelis and of nineties new age, and for those seeking relaxing ambient music.
