«Note to Self» is the album by Laura Younger, released in 2006 on CD.
The album develops a repertoire of pop and folk with the female voice at its centre, in a direct vocal style without great embellishment. The songs fit the aesthetic of the cover: a woman with a guitar sitting on a bale of hay among dandelions, close to singer-songwriter music and an acoustic sound.
The CD was released by CD Baby and distributed in the UK by Troll Records and Disc Replication Europe (catalogue LJYATR1).
For listeners of acoustic pop and folk, especially those who appreciate singer-songwriter music and arrangements centred on the voice.
