Produced by Grammy award winner Javier Limón, “Mundo” is Mariza’s sixth studio album and her first of entirely new material in five years. Mariza's remarkable voice builds a bridge between many different kinds of music under the all-encompassing umbrella of Fado. Not a purist, traditionalist Fado, but a modern, contemporary Fado, open to the world, featuring songs penned by Javier Limón as well as classics by legendary artists like Amália Rodrigues and Carlos Gardel.
