«Miss Saigon Highlights» is the London Cast album, the original London cast of the musical Miss Saigon, released in 1988 by First Night Records on CD.
The CD brings together the most representative passages of the musical Miss Saigon with the voices of the original London cast and the songs of Boublil and Schönberg. Recorded under the stage production of Cameron Mackintosh, it preserves the sound of the theatrical staging and alternates solos, duets and choral numbers at key moments of the work.
Edition from the First Night Records label with catalogue number CAST CD38, released in the UK. Stereo recording, mastered by Nimbus.
For fans of musicals and theatre soundtracks who want the original cast recording of the London premiere.
