«Mercury» is the promotional compilation by various artists, released in 2000 on the Mercury and Universal Music labels, on CD.
A pop and folk compilation featuring songs by The Mavericks, The Moody Blues, Chris de Burgh and Noa, among other artists associated with Mercury. Promotional in nature, it works as a sample of the label's catalogue rather than a studio album; the blue cover with stars and the logo in a white oval reinforce that presentation.
Dutch edition with catalogue number 541 726-2, manufactured in Germany by Universal M & L. Released in 2000 on the Mercury and Universal Music labels.
For collectors of promotional CDs and fans of late-90s and 2000s pop and folk.
