«Lump» is the CD maxi single by The Presidents of the United States of America, released in 1995.
The single features «Lump», an alternative rock track with a marked rhythm, and «Candy Cigarette», with the group's power pop. The arrangements rely on three-string guitars and a two-string bass, a distinctive sound of The Presidents of the United States of America.
The first two tracks were produced and recorded by Conrad Uno at Egg Studios; «Candy Cigarette», produced by Barrett Jones, was recorded at Laundry Room Studios.
For listeners of mid-90s alternative rock and power pop and collectors of CD singles.
