«Living in the Flood» is the album by Horace Andy, released in 1999 by Virgin, on CD.
Horace Andy's distinctive voice prevails over a blend of reggae, dub and electronics that connects with late-nineties trip-hop. «Johnny Too Bad» and «Don't Blame the Children» exemplify that dialogue between Jamaican tradition and electronic production, with lyrics carrying a strong message.
CD edition, released on 29 October 1999 by Virgin, with lyrics in English.
Will appeal to reggae and trip-hop listeners, as well as those following Horace Andy's career through his collaboration with Massive Attack.
