«Le Fil» is the album by Camille, released in 2005 by Source Productions, on CD.
The album is built on a minimalist, experimental sound: Camille's voice is the main instrument, accompanied by a single sonic thread running through the songs. The lyrics, in French, deal with love, pain and everyday life from a poetic perspective. Highlights include «Ta douleur», «Pour que l'amour me quitte» and «Vertige».
The CD contains 15 tracks and is sung entirely in French; it was released on 10 February 2005.
For those who appreciate French chanson and experimental pop with stripped-back arrangements and the voice taking centre stage.
