«Korrontzi» is the album by Basque group Korrontzi, subtitled «tradition 2.1», released in 2013 by Baga-Biga, on CD.
The album updates Basque folklore with contemporary sounds; the cover, with a drawn accordion, hints at the importance of the accordion in the ensemble. It includes tracks such as «Diatonic Bilbon», «Aupa Maurizia!» and «Sardos-K».
The edition includes a CD with 17 tracks, with «Sardos-K (radio-edit)» as a bonus track, and a DVD with a music video and a live version. Release: 18 November 2013.
For fans of folk music and proposals that update the Basque tradition.
