«Kings of Punk» is the album by Poison Idea, released on CD in 1991 by Taang! Records.
The record captures the fury of eighties hardcore punk with fast tracks, sharp guitars and aggressive delivery. The CD edition preserves the original track selection that cemented Poison Idea's reputation as a cult group. The cover, featuring a tattooed torso and the title in cut-out letters, reinforces that aesthetic.
Originally released in 1986, this CD was issued in 1991 by Taang! Records. The songs are sung in English.
Aimed at fans of punk and classic hardcore, and at collectors of nineties CD editions.
