«Guajiro Natural» is the album by Polo Montañez, released in 2009 by Bis Music on CD, with the subtitle «Para Siempre / Forever».
The album offers Latin music songs with Cuban roots, where Polo Montañez's warm, slightly rough voice is the centre. Highlights include «Un Montón de Estrellas» and «Un Bolero», and it includes an Andean-Cuban fusion in its opening track.
The Colombian reissue, reference CD 713, was released by Bis Music, Lusafrica and Editions Africa Nostra.
For fans of Cuban music and the guajira who appreciate a characterful voice and close ensemble accompaniment.
