«Family Business» is the album by 2-4 Family, released on CD in 1999 by Epic.
It combines synthetic bases, hip hop grooves and pop melodies, with a clear root in R&B and pop rap. Songs like «Stay», «Jump» and «Lean on Me» show that blend of styles well.
The album brings together 12 tracks and was produced by Alex 'Sven' for Parklane Music; among them are a remix of «Stay» and a clean version of «9 Lives».
For listeners of 90s European pop-rap and R&B; the explicit lyrics notice makes it suitable for adults.
