«Earthbound» is the album by The Paul Schwartz Project, released in 2002 on Windham Hill, on CD.
The record is inspired by the night and builds an exuberant, dreamy sound, with a thirty-piece orchestra over electronic, neoclassical and ethereal pop foundations. Lisbeth Scott sings on «The Dark of the Night» and «Ravens»; Tara MacLean performs «Earthbound», and the piano of «Nocturne» closes the album.
The CD has a running time of 52 minutes. The album is the fourth release by composer Paul Schwartz and the first with entirely original material.
For those seeking atmospheric and neoclassical electronic music, with echoes of Enigma, William Orbit and Caroline LaVelle.
