«Dreamweaver» is the album by British thrash metal band Sabbat, released in 1989 by Noise International on vinyl LP.
The record is built around the novel The Way of the Wyrd by psychologist Brian Bates, and translates the spirituality and beliefs of Anglo-Saxon England into a mystical, pagan narrative. Its music crosses thrash aggression with epic passages, complex guitar structures and elaborate lyrics, achieving a dark, folkloric atmosphere.
Second studio album by Sabbat; recorded at Sky Trak Studios in Berlin. Catalogue number N 0132-1, released by Noise International.
Aimed at those who appreciate technical eighties thrash metal and conceptual albums with a pagan atmosphere.
