The compilation brings together compositions by the Norwegian-Irish duo in an ethereal, ambient style, with influences from new age, contemporary classical and folk. The cover, a landscape with a castle and two translucent faces, reflects the album's dreamlike, serene atmosphere.
The CD (cat. 3145468692) corresponds to a 2001 Canadian edition, on the Philips and Universal Music Norway labels. The duo consists of Rolf Løvland and Fionnuala Sherry.
For new age and ambient music listeners seeking a serene album, with evocative atmospheres close to contemporary classical.
