«Disney Bossa Nova» is a various artists compilation album, released in 2005 by Disney on CD.
The album brings together Disney film classics reinterpreted in a bossa nova style. The versions, with an acoustic finish close to Latin jazz, include well-known melodies from the Disney universe, such as «Cruella de Vil»; the cover illustration, with Mickey Mouse playing the guitar, reinforces that relaxed atmosphere.
Single CD. European and Brazilian editions are documented; the label is Walt Disney Records. The genres are jazz and Latin, bossa nova style.
