«Die schönsten Weihnachtslieder Folge 1» is a compilation of Christmas carols performed by various children's choirs, released in 2011 by EMI on CD.
The album brings together a selection of German Christmas carols performed by children's choirs, including the Bielefelder Kinderchor, the Wiener Sängerknaben, the Tölzer Knabenchor and the Kölner Kinderchor. The cover, with a winter landscape, reinforces the Christmas character of these choral pieces.
It is volume 1 of the series, with a single disc and German cover texts.
