«Di Korpu Ku Alma» is the album by singer Lura, released in 2004 by Lusafrica France, on CD.
The album combines the tradition of Cape Verde —morna and batuque— with contemporary arrangements, showing Lura in both sober pieces and more rhythmic tracks. Among the songs on the record, «Vazulina», «Sabrina» and «Xai Xia» stand out.
It is a single-disc edition, with lyrics in Portuguese and a style close to neo soul and African music.
For fans of traditional and world music, with a special interest in the musical culture of Cape Verde.
