«Cor De Porc» is the album by L'Ham De Foc, released in 2005 by Galileo, on CD.
The Valencian group L'Ham De Foc, fronted by singer Mara Aranda and multi-instrumentalist Efrén López, evokes traditional Mediterranean music from a folk perspective in twelve songs in Catalan that alternate dance rhythms and intimate passages; highlights include 'Voldrien', 'Pandero' and 'Tristos ulls'.
The edition was presented in a digipak and its booklet reproduces the lyrics with translations into Spanish, German, English and French.
For world music listeners seeking a Mediterranean repertoire with traditional roots and female vocals.
