«Contes amb cançó» is the children's and folk music album by Ara Va De Bo, released in 1997 by PDI on CD.
The project starts from songs told in Catalan and wraps them in a traditional-rooted sound. The songs combine narration and music with a didactic intent, and the cover illustration, with a moon, stars and animals, accompanies that warm and festive tone.
The album was released in Spain as a single CD. The catalogue number of this edition is 80.4383 and its style is associated with children's, traditional and world music.
Recommended for children and families, especially for those seeking a playful and educational approach to traditional Catalan music.
