«Complete Symphonies, Vol. 3» is the album by Joseph Martin Kraus, released in 2000 by Naxos Deutschland GmbH, on CD.
This volume brings together symphonies by the 18th-century German-Swedish composer, including works such as the Symphony in C-sharp minor and the Symphony in C minor, known as the Funeral Symphony. The performances are by the Swedish Chamber Orchestra conducted by Petter Sundkvist, and the album is part of a complete cycle of Kraus's symphonies.
The CD includes 12 tracks and a 12-page booklet. The recording was made at the Örebro Konserthus in August 1999.
Recommended for fans of classical music and Classical-period symphonies, as well as for those looking to discover lesser-known works of the repertoire.
