«Casa De Samba Vol. 3» is the latin house compilation by various artists, released in 1999 by Passion Mu (Rough Trade) on CD.
The compilation brings together ten latin house anthems that fuse samba rhythms and Brazilian percussion with dance electronics. The selection is designed for the dancefloor: tracks with rising energy, solid basslines and recognisable choruses, with the festive, vibrant finish typical of late-nineties Latin house.
CD edition of an album. The cover announces «10 Latin House Anthems» and shows the High on Rhythm logo; the artist is listed as Various in commercial records.
For listeners of Latin house and danceable electronic music, and for collectors of nineties dance music compilations.
