«Cappadocia» is the Turkish folk guitar instrumental album by various artists, released by Imm on CD.
«Cappadocia» brings together eleven instrumental pieces from the Turkish folk tradition performed on acoustic guitar. The programme includes compositions such as «Göçmen Kızı», «Tuna Nehri» and «Bülbülüm Altın Kafeste», in versions that retain the melodic character of the original songs and create a serene and evocative atmosphere.
The back cover presents the track listing in Turkish with English translation; the CD consists of a single disc.
A good choice for fans of acoustic guitar and Turkish folk music.
