«Cabo Do Mundo» is the Celtic folk album by Luar Na Lubre, released in 1999 by Wea International on CD.
The record brings together twelve instrumental and Galician-sung tracks that look to the musical tradition of Galicia and the Celtic sphere, with arrangements indebted to Irish and Scottish folk. The cover, a lighthouse under the moon by the sea, and tracks such as «Chove en Santiago», «Canteixeire» or «Sereas» sum up its evocative, seafaring tone, between calm and festive rhythm.
