Brainwashed is the twelfth and final studio album by English musician George Harrison, released posthumously on 18 November 2002, almost a year after his death. Recording began while Harrison was still alive, and was completed by his son Dhani Harrison and longtime collaborator Jeff Lynne. The album showcases a warm and reflective sound, with lyrics addressing themes of spirituality, life, and death. It is considered a moving farewell and a remarkable work about the reality of dying, by a man on the verge of it.
