«BPM Vol. 1 Next Brazilian Vibe Experience» is the electronic, bossa nova and jazz album, released in 2002 by Resistencia, on CD.
The record moves between the warmth of bossa nova and the energy of urban rhythms such as jungle, drum'n'bass, house and trip hop, with echoes of samba and dub. The repertoire includes tracks like «Rainforest 2000», «Canto de Ossanha» and «Noite», where acoustic textures and electronic programming coexist.
The CD edition, a single disc, contains fourteen tracks and carries the catalogue code MCD 109.
For listeners interested in the fusion of Brazilian rhythms with electronic music, with roots in jazz, funk and soul.
