«Beethoven: The Pastoral» is the album featuring Beethoven's Symphony No. 6 «Pastoral», released by Masters Classic on CD.
The CD offers a recording of Beethoven's Symphony No. 6, known as «Pastoral», an orchestral work with a rural atmosphere. The cover, with a painting of a rural landscape with trees and a building under a cloudy sky, reinforces the piece's bucolic character; the title is also presented in English and German.
The sleeve credits the Philharmonische Orchester Dieter Vossen-Ferenczky and the Berlin Sinfonieorchester, with Dr. Günter Neubert as conductor.
