In a dystopian overpopulated future, humanity lives in vertical cities and a team of four UPA agents investigates disturbances in the lower levels. The player switches between these characters, each with their own skills and equipment, to progress by combining third-person shooting, puzzles, and tactical decisions. The decadent cyberpunk aesthetic and constant tension create an oppressive atmosphere.
