Based on real events, 'Vuelo IL-8714' tells the story of the scientific investigation triggered by a plane crash. The Investigation Commission, led by Javier Torres, seeks to clarify the causes of the accident to prevent it from happening again. The team enters the crash site and tries to follow a chronological order of events to elucidate the reasons that led the crew of flight IL-8714 to abort a first takeoff, request a change of plane and, after an hour and a half of waiting, take off and crash. Mechanical, human or negligence failure? With the premise of looking for evidence, not hypotheses, they begin an intense investigation against the clock that will bring to light a terrible combination of factors that converged in the fatal outcome.
