«Viva Zapatero!» is the book with DVD of Sabina Guzzanti's satirical documentary, published by Rizzoli in 2005 in Italian.
The documentary combines comic scenes, archival footage and interviews to denounce censorship in Italian media, especially television. The book adds an interview with Guzzanti, an essay by Luca Bandirali on the film's reception in the press, and the text of a proposed law to free the RAI from party control.
The book was published in the BUR Senzafiltro collection; the DVD includes the full version of the film and about two hours of extra material with original interviews.
For those interested in press freedom, political satire and the workings of Italian public television.
