«Un día en Nueva York» is the musical film starring Gene Kelly, Frank Sinatra and Betty Garrett, released in 1949, on DVD.
Three sailors enjoy a twenty-four-hour leave in New York and decide to make the most of it: each one looks for the love of his life while they tour the city amid songs and dance numbers. The Big Apple thus becomes the setting for an optimistic musical comedy.
This DVD edition, in Spanish, is number 28 of the Cine de Oro collection published by El País; the original title is On the Town.
Aimed at lovers of the classic Hollywood musical and at fans of Gene Kelly and Frank Sinatra.
