«Un crimen en el paraíso» is the film by Jean Becker starring Jacques Villeret, André Dussollier and Josiane Balasko, on DVD.
Jojo and his wife can no longer stand each other. After seeing a famous lawyer on television boasting about his twenty-first acquittal, Jojo thinks he could kill his wife and get away with it, so he goes to him to learn about mitigating circumstances. What starts as a crazy plan ends in a series of comic mix-ups and absurd situations, with the black humour that characterises Jacques Villeret after La cena de los idiotas.
French comedy directed by Jean Becker and based on an original screenplay by Sacha Guitry. Also starring Suzanne Flon, Jacques Dacommé, Dominique Lavanant and Daniel Prévost. Distributed in Spain by Manga Films.
For those who enjoyed La cena de los idiotas or are looking for a dark, zany comedy about a marriage that can no longer stand each other.
