Agent Ryan and his men guard a shipment of diamonds travelling by train across the country. Vincent Weaver, a ruthless terrorist, plans an ambush to steal that valuable cargo. The attack fails and Ryan captures the culprit, but all his colleagues die in the attempt. When the terrorists are transferred to the United States for trial, something goes wrong and they manage to escape.
