«Torremolinos 73» is the Spanish film starring Javier Cámara, Candela Peña and Juan Diego, released on DVD.
Alfredo, a door-to-door encyclopaedia salesman, and Carmen, a hairdresser, are going through financial difficulties. Their publisher commissions them to shoot erotic films in Super 8 for the Scandinavian market, under the pretext of a fake encyclopaedia about reproduction. What begins as a game becomes a vocation that takes them to Torremolinos in the seventies, where they will try to make their first feature film.
