After a violent storm, a strange and dense mist engulfs a small town in Maine, trapping the customers of a local supermarket. Among them is David Drayton, who soon discovers that the mist hides mysterious and terrifying creatures. Survival becomes a struggle not only against the unknown lurking outside, but also against the rising tension and fear among the survivors trapped inside the store.
Directed by Frank Darabont and based on the unsettling novel by Stephen King, this film is an intense horror thriller that explores human nature under extreme pressure. With an oppressive atmosphere and standout performances, the work offers a raw and gripping look at how fear can transform people when the world they know disappears before their eyes.
