«Sin City» (2005) is the film by Robert Rodriguez and Frank Miller, with Quentin Tarantino as guest director, on DVD.
Adaptation of Frank Miller's graphic novel that brings a comic noir aesthetic to cinema: black-and-white images with red accents and a rainy, violent city. It interweaves several tales of crime and revenge starring highly distinctive characters, with shootouts and a deliberately stylized atmosphere.
2005 feature film distributed by Dimension Films; the cover shows the Miramax logo and the edition is in English.
Recommended for an adult audience due to its violence and dark aesthetic; appealing to fans of crime stories and comics.
